The membership fee for an unemployment fund is not a part of the Finnish Dental Association's membership fee. It is in the interests of dentists working for a public or private employer to be a member of The Unemployment Fund for Lawyers and Medical Practitioners (LL-kassa). The fund pays its members earnings-related unemployment allowance and job alternation compensation. The membership fee for the unemployment fund for 2021 was 21 euros.
